Celtic Songlines

Following a brief pause during the holidays, this week's Celtic Songlines is a return to fresh programming as we move forward from the old year to an exciting new year. This week's Celtic Songlines includes a brand new Celtic tune from the Davis area band Donut Exchange! Also on this week's program we'll hear from vocalist Karan Casey & guitarist John Doyle, from Edinburgh the band Ceolbeg, the English trad folk band Kerfuffle, the duo of Mary MacMaster & Patsy Seddon as Sileas, The Poozies, from the East Bay an acoustic song with Tempest, An Dochas and the all star band Full Set.  

This week's Celtic Sonlines celebrates the mystical beauty and spirit of Solstice and Celtic holiday traditions. Tune into music from the The Outside Track with Christmas from Killarney, guitarist Alex De Grassi, Steve Morse and Manuel Barrueco, introspective music from Scotland's Salt House, Sam Sweeney, Ireland's The Whileaways, Jeff Johnson & Brian Dunning with Wendy Goodwin, Scotland's The Shee and a Scottish Christmas with Bonnie Rideout, Maggie Sansome and Al Petteway.
