Leslie talks about some of the mechanics of this process, and Suman provides insight into the Nepalese culture and discusses the varied geographies of the country, as well as their 6 seasons-- currently they are in monsoon season. Francis joins in, and asks some questions about farming in Nepal. Leslie discusses a seed saving project she is working on. Did you know that "Dutch", "Holland" and "The Netherlands" all refer to the same place/people? His family left Holland when Peiter was 7, but couldn't get in to the USA. So they moved to Canada and lived there for many years before immigrating to the American plains. Peiter's stories are fun and fascinating. AND he writes poetry!
