Bad Mother Nature interview, Recorded Jun 21st, 2019Fri, 06/21/2019 - 5:10pm | Pieter PastoorKeep an eye out for these guys, even better, treat your ears to BAD MOTHER NATURE. Listen in as we talk with all four of the band members Bad Mother Nature, an original band formed in 2016, consists of guitarist/bassist duo Axel Ahrens and Corey Allred, pianist Ryan Allred, and drummer Jon McCann. Inspired by the classic rock titans of the 1960s and '70s, they balance driving guitar-riff work with the nuanced, progressive piano that allows their music to range from soft to rocking - often within the same song. Their debut EP “Strange Weather,” featuring Colin Curtin on drums, presented a range of styles from the upbeat blues-rock Honey Rider, to the instrumental guitar piece Persephone, to the anthemic ballad I’ll Make You a Thief. UK rock magazine Fireworks profiled the album and the band. |

Jesse and Andy of The Outcome along with Michael Phillip Taylor recorded on May 3rd, 2019Fri, 05/03/2019 - 5:10pm | Pieter PastoorListen in now to the interview with Jesse Sizemore and Andy Dibben of The Outcome along with their recording producer Michael Phillip Taylor. The Outcome’s unique brand of genre-bending music combines grooving backbeats, melodic bass lines, textural atmospherics, and searing guitar leads to produce the challenging yet palatable songs that define the band’s sound. This Sacramento quartet has made their mark by striking a balance between complexity and listenability. While exerting meticulous focus of their material, Jesse, Andy, Mike, and Quinn refuse to settle or compromise their standards for songwriting. Seeing their music as a catalyst for connection, The Outcome look for ways to bring imaginative new experiences to listeners that manifest emotions and provoke intrigue. |

What can I say; I LOVED THIS SHOW!
Additionally, I'll let you in on a secret, this was the first time that I listened to, not one, but two complete Rap songs -- and enjoyed them. :)
Loved the show and thoroughly enjoyed Cory. Tell him what Michael J Fox once said; "I am careful not to confuse excellence with perfection. Excellence, I can reach for; perfection is God's business." He was excellent.
the October 3rd show was way too short. What a mellow and superbly classy hour that just blew by. Thanks!
