UPDATE 2: Recent KDRT programs are now online; livestream is restored

9 a.m. 2/27 update: The streaming link is working again, and most KDRT shows produced this week are now available online. We're still working on underlying technical issues. Thank you for your patience, and thanks for listening to KDRT

Prior message posted on 2/26 follows:

KDRT’s latest programs are currently unavailable online. It’s a technical problem, we’re working to fix it, and we will post an update once we have solved it.

Shows are still being broadcast at their scheduled times, so if you’re within range of our signal in Davis, you can listen that way. You can also live-stream programs using our secondary link at http://davismedia.org:8000/kdrt

Programs are still being recorded, and will appear online once we get our system working properly. This problem affects only KDRT programs broadcast (or normally posted) starting Monday, Feb. 23. Shows prior to that date remain available online.

Today at 1, we remember volunteer extraordinaire Diane Crumley, 1957-2025

The celebration of Diane Crumley’s life will happen this Sunday, Feb. 15, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Davis Odd Fellows Lodge, 415 Second St., Davis.

Diane, a volunteer at KDRT since the station began in 2004, and an employee at Davis Media Access for many years, died in late December 2025 at age 68. Her family and many friends invite all who were touched by her life to the memorial. Read more about her in the obituary in the Davis Enterprise.

Davis has 116 neighborhood parties this Sunday, and KDRT is providing a songtrack

Tune in to KDRT 95.7 FM or KDRT.org this Sunday, Oct.13, from 4 to 6:30 p.m. for a live broadcast accompanying this year's Davis Neighbors' Night Out. Your radio hosts will be program hosts Bill Buchanan (usual show Davisville) and Jim Buchanan (an original KDRT DJ who produces Live Tracks).

If you're going to one of the 116 neighborhood parties, call in to the studio while you're there for a chance to win a $50 Davis Food Co-op gift card each half-hour. Listen to the show for details. If you don't know where your neighbors are gathering, find the party near you. The weather's much better this weekend! And there are probably cool people living near you that you've never met. Here's your chance!

This get-to-know-your-neighbors event is sponsored by the city of Davis, county of Yolo, Associated Students of UC Davis and the University of California Davis.
