I played the Islands new album Islomania on Dec 1 @ 4pm.
Figured I'd make a list...
Neutral Milk Hotel ~ In the Aeroplane Over the Sea
LCD Soundsystem ~ Sound of Silver
The Strokes ~ Room on Fire
Asobi Seksu ~ Citrus
Radiohead ~ Kid A
On a lark, I landed on your station this evening. Can you please tell me the name of the group featured in your Album of the Week this evening? They were AMAZING!!!
So sorry, but we have no idea what featured on May 8th! There was a last minute DJ change and we think something was played that was archived... it might perhaps have been the initial AotW episode, which was Neutral Milk Hotel - In the Aeroplane Over the Sea.
If that wasn't it, reply again and we can maybe try harder to figure it out!
In compliance with FCC regs, we will not be streaming episodes of AotW.
Please tune in live or check out the albums on your own and thank us later.
