Special "7-11" re-airing of Bob Wertzberger in studio on Listening Lyrics July 11, 2025

Bob Wertzberger was a Davis resident for 40 years, known through his landscaping business amd as a musician playing in several bands including Fun Attic, Anywhere But Iowa, Polyester Jones, and Chickee Bob.  Additionally he was a huge supporter of community radio and a big fan of KDRT.  He passed away on December 18, 2021 and since then his family has requested that KDRT remember him each July 11 in honor of a favorite song he wrote titled "7-11".

Keeping this tradition alive, today we rebroadcast a May 6, 2016 episode of Listening Lyrics where Bob was the in-studio guest. Happy "7-11" !
