The Joy and Madness of Hans Eberbach. Complete Interview 1/8/21Fri, 01/08/2021 - 4:00pm | Pieter PastoorHans Eberbach is an award winning vocalist and songwriter who was born on the west coast and raised in the northeast wilds of Maine in a small town called Dover-Foxcroft, returning to the California sunshine after high school to launch his career in the mid '90's as the singer for Sacramento based roots rock band Sweet Vine. Guided by Geoff Bywater - a music supervisor at FOX, the band was barely playing live shows locally when they were signed to a publishing deal with Warner-Chappell and then to a record deal with Sony/Columbia. The band toured and released one self-titled album that was a fresh take on the warm, fluid songs inspired by Jim Croce, The Allman Bros, The Black Crowes, and many other classic rock bands and songwriters of the 70‘s. When the group eventually disbanded, Hans Eberbach moved to Los Angeles, spending his time submitting music for TV and film eventually returning to Sacramento in the 2000’s. |

welcome to the first 2021 broadcast of TAPS!! thanks for being you, for being here & for amplifying our commUNITY space on the dial @ KDRT 95.7fm this show is a BIGGIE!! i've done a deep dive into the house music scene the last 9months'ish. my kid + i dance on the daily with a handful of fav's we've found out in the cosmos of the the web. and it feels fantastic AF!! because it's not the ususal 'vibe' i have gone for in my 15 years of mail ordering records, tapes & zines, to me, it feels like new medicine for the disco dancing soul in all of us. shake it out! i double dawg dare ya to deny an uplift in vitality. invitation to let go... to go for it!! deep squeezey hugs, saraTAPS

This program originally aired in early March of 2014. A remarkable example of what I always hoped this program would achieve. Coherent, it works on many levels. Good music also. Check it out as a prescription for curing the blues this winter, at least for two hours. I only wish there was some way to follow this up with similar quality programs, live from the studio. Be patient, kind listeners, we will get past the madness and chaos and find a Golden Orb* glowing phenomenally bright in our future. Peace. * Golden Orb is not an allusion to the arachnid Nephila, which is most definitely not what I want to see in my future. Rather, it is an all encompassing symbol of happy times.
