Thank you
Above all...
Be Good People
I have been blessed to be able to be a volunteer programmer, on this show at this exceptional organization and station DMA/KDRT. I took over The Dinner Bell Roundup after the previous hosts started and built the incredible format and following of a superb country music show. They moved on and I hope that my continuation and expanding of the program entertained the listening public.
The onslaught of Covid-19 as well as my personal health challenges almost killed me, but I and the show thankfully lived on for the last 3 plus years thanks to the dedicated volunteers and staff of DMA/KDRT especially Jeff Shaw station manager that took over programming by scheduling archived editions of The Dinner Bell Roundup. Alas, the time has come to make way for new and exciting programmers to take up the mantle of the recurring Saturday 4-6 PM time slot.
I thank Jeff, my fellow programmers, all of the listeners and the makers of this genre of music that we love for assisting and allowing me to exist in this space and time.
Happy Trails To You, Until We Meet Again...
Much Love...
Peace Out...

please try to bring these two back! I been away a few months and was all ready to sit her with my friends for dinner bell roundup! I called and was told she was no longer at the station! I think its managements duty, to keep the people like May and Tyler who have class and loads of talent. I became veery attatched to them. It was a fun ride when it lasted, and hope their doing well. Rus Clevenger
Hi Rus,
KDRT is all-volunteer. May and Tyler had new jobs and other commitments and chose to leave their show. We were very sad to see them go.
Thanks for your comment.
I hear you Rus ... they were soooo much fun to listen to and enjoy and all of us at the station miss them very much. Alas we are a totally volunteer radio station and it's not like we could give them buckets of money and time to keep them here : ) As you can imagine with their talent their lives are busy and they had to say goodbye. We are keeping country and other kinds of music alive here at KDRT so please keep listening in and supporting our community. Thanks for caring! Mountain Mama
Hi everyone, and thanks so much for the show. I'm developing a real love for country, and enjoy the bantering back and forth with Tyler and Mae. I wish you guys would show the fans photo;s of yourself, especially because from what I hear Mae is so good looking! I'm sure the female fans would like to see Tyler as well! Love the old country music. Keep it going!!!!! Chetly
