It's no secret that for many years KDRT's own Bill Wagman invited musicians from both sides of the Atlantic to give intimate concerts in his living room. They were special evenings. Today on In the Key of Folk at 2 p.m. we are playing a selection of the artists that filled Bill's home with music. You'll hearJamie Laval, Jez Lowe, Dana and Susan Robinson, Jim and Susie Malcolm, Ernest Troost, Anya Hinkle, and others. Find a comfortable chair, sit back, and join us at KDRT 95.7 fm | KDRT.org.

Davis has 116 neighborhood parties this Sunday, and KDRT is providing a songtrack

Tune in to KDRT 95.7 FM or KDRT.org this Sunday, Oct.13, from 4 to 6:30 p.m. for a live broadcast accompanying this year's Davis Neighbors' Night Out. Your radio hosts will be program hosts Bill Buchanan (usual show Davisville) and Jim Buchanan (an original KDRT DJ who produces Live Tracks).

If you're going to one of the 116 neighborhood parties, call in to the studio while you're there for a chance to win a $50 Davis Food Co-op gift card each half-hour. Listen to the show for details. If you don't know where your neighbors are gathering, find the party near you. The weather's much better this weekend! And there are probably cool people living near you that you've never met. Here's your chance!

This get-to-know-your-neighbors event is sponsored by the city of Davis, county of Yolo, Associated Students of UC Davis and the University of California Davis.
