Meraki Radio

Meraki  [may-rah-kee] (adjective): This is a word that modern Greeks often use to describe doing something with soul, creativity, or love — when you put "something of yourself" into what you're doing, whatever it may be. Meraki Radio tries to live up to the definition of this interesting word. Anyone who wants to get behind the mic and talk about meraki in their own life — whether it be professional, historical, artistic, scientific, prolific, or otherwise — is encouraged to contact the show at kdrtmeraki@gmail.com.

On this episode of Meraki Radio: Perspectives, Alison B and Deema talk numbers in a variety of ways. From patterns to Strogatz, they cover a lot of ground. Tune in for more. *Note, during a discussion about people declining vaccination in the United States, Alison B mentions white supremacy at a root, and wanted to clarify off air-- those who are not eligible for vaccination or have health reasons that prevent them from vaccination are not included in this comment, of course. However, the overarching issue of white privilege is clear with regards to vaccine hesitancy in the USA.
