The Golden Road continues it's chronological journey through the studio and live recording by The Grateful Dead with a stop in 1970 for this broadcast. First up is the band's studio masterpiece, "Workingman's Dead" in it's entirety with some selected readings about the making of the album. Next we travel to the East Coast for a little trip through Harpur College in Binghamton, NY on May 2, 1970 with some acoustic & electric sounds recorded live on that epic evening.
