Lots of great information about the Homeschooling Association of California's annual conference, held this year (as every year) at the Sacramento Radisson. Dates: Aug 5-7.
James here: We ran out of time so I didn't get to the following items:
1) Blacksmithing and torching demos (I think all weekend)
2) Evening activities including talent show and dances (separate all-family and teen offerings)
3) Speaking of teens, there is a somewhat independant teen conference committee that ensures the teen offerings are what the teens want! They solicit speakers and arrange their own evening activities (properly supervised of course!)
