Hi guys, I heard your show on roofs this Sunday. I have a flat roof that has more than likely tar paper and tar covering it.

I have NO leaks but I wonder about maintenance. Should I be pro active to ask a roofing company to do something?

I live in Stonegate Woods so one of you might know the type of flat roof I'm talking about.

Thank you

Hi, guys.  Thanks for starting up a construction show.  We _LOVE_ having experts to answer our building questions.  Your technical info is great and your practical suggestions are very useful.

However, ... There are lots of "off-topic" parts in there currently that would do much better in a separate opinion show -- maybe titled "Manliness" or "Here's What We Think"? -- and those parts take away from the construction/roofing/repair/remodel focus that I think most listeners want.

Please consider splitting your show (maybe into two half-hour shows?) or re-focussing back onto its original topic -- BUILDING.

You're sounding good!  I'd just prefer more Q&A and less politics.

Loved your show, very informative & held my interest. Would like to figure out how to get people to pick up those butts & who could we get to pay the bounty?

I think the hold bar is for comfort, basically. If I'm a passenger it feels good to change positions & stretch a little.
