In this edition of The Golden Road, we honor the memory and considerable influence on the Grateful Dead, our culture and Dead Heads everywhere by Augustus Owsley Stanley the 3rd...better know as "Bear". It isn't very likely that there will ever be another like him to walk this planet again. As Bob Weir recently said, on Bear's passing, "He got plenty done this time around."
