The Grapevine expands it's look at the connections between soul, classic R & B and reggae roots music with a show featuring one of the first Sly & Robbie solo records, "60's + 70's + 80's = Taxi" played in it's entirety. Recorded in Kingston in 1981, the album is packed with great vocals, rhythms deluxe and classic playing by some of the best musicians ever to come out of "Trench Town".
This is the kind of sound that simply makes you feel that "everything is gonna be alright"!
