In this edition of The Grapevine we take a lively musical look & listen to the game of baseball...sometimes referred to as the National Pastime. For this broadcast, you will be treated to such musicians as Les Brown, The Treniers and other period artists with a common theme of affection for the game. We will also be reading excerpts from Bart Giamatti's wonderful, "The Green Fields of the Mind".
