This MUST be Kansas!...in this edition of The Golden Road, we steer the bus into Witchita and plug on in to a fine batch of sounds from November 17, 1972 recorded live on stage by the good ol' Grateful Dead.
Also included in the broadcast is a nice string of superb Bluegrass by the infamous Jerry side band, Old & In The Way...most of which was recorded live in San Francisco at The Boarding House in October of 1973 by the one & only Owsley Stanley.
Would like to express my gratitude to John Capitanio for sharing the recording from Witchita to bring it to your ears out in Radioland.
Enjoy!
