Ruth reads today from "Mountain Men" by Stanley Vestal. This book was written in 1937 and tells the true story of "Hugh Glass and the Grizzly." Jim Bridger was just 19 years old and this was his "first hard Injun fight." Hugh Glass was ahead of the group looking for game and was a "graybeard."
