In this edition of The Grapevine, we shine the soulful light on a band from Santa Cruz...The Inciters...and their new record, "Soul Clap". An excellent live experience not to be missed, they combine the roots of soul, classic R & B and even a touch of Motown with a beautiful layer of horns over the top of the sound. Good Stuff!
