The Hoes Down Harvest Festival

The Hoes Down Harvest Festival is celebrating 25 years of agricultural arts and sustainable rural living on Saturday October 6, 2012. The Hoes Down takes place at Full Belly Farm a 200 acre organic farm in the Capay Valley. The event will feature farm tours, a magical children’s area, live music all day, a farmers market, and tasty organic food and drink! This fabulous festival raises funds for local community organizations, like: Community Alliance for Family Farmers, Center For Land Based Learning, One Farm at a Time, 4-H, FFA, and high school scholarships for kids going into agriculture.
