Delta of Venus
A birthday celebration and musical tribute to Peter Brown will take place on Friday, December 7, 2012, at the Delta of Venus, 122 B Street, in Davis, California. The festivities will commence at 2:00pm and continue into the evening. The event is free and open to the public.
Featured musicians include Robert Brown, Diane Patterson, John Burton, Jeremy Jackson, David Carey, Ken Kemmerling, Donna Wren, Ephraim George, Bob Armstrong, Geoffrey Pike, Jessica Brown and Sarah Clanton.
Groups scheduled for the evening program include: 6pm – The Regal Beezers (folk & jazz standards); 7pm - El Rado Scufflers (jazz of the 1920s & 1930s); 8pm - Kemmerling & Pike (1960s folk rock & hip pop); 9pm - jam session. (Schedule is subject to adjustment.)
