We are hosting house concert on May 24th. The wonderful singing duo Mamuse from Chico will be performing. If you have seen them at Whole Earth Festival or WorldFest you know how their original songs make you want to sing along. Their voices blend in beautiful harmonies. They have been described as a sweet soul, folk revival served with a playful splash of uplifting lyrics in haunting harmony. The concert is from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Thursday, May 24th, at our house in Village Homes. We have room for about 40 guests, so if you would like to attend please RSVP to reserve a space. We are asking for a donation of $15-$20 per person, with all money going to the band. Parents are encouraged to bring their children. Kids are free, but chairs will be reserved for paying adults. Parque Chico is right outside our back door, and I will have an experienced sitter on hand to watch over the kids. There is also a balcony over our living room, so well behaved children are welcome to watch from up there.
