Professor Lisa Randall of Harvard will give a public lecture at the ARC Ballroom at UC Davis on Apr. 17, 2012 at 8 pm. Her talk will be based on her recent popular book Knocking on Heaven's Door: How Physics and Scientific Thinking Illuminate the Universe and the Modern World, which explores the role of science in our lives.
