Children's Candlelight Parade & Holiday Tree Lighting

The 38th annual Candlelight Parade and Holiday Tree Lighting returns to downtown Davis! Gather for hot cider in the Davis Food Co-op parking lot at 5:30p for the children's candlelight parade. At 6p, march downtown for the holiday tree lighting in the E Street Plaza, Santa & Mrs. Claus greeting guests, performances by local musical groups, horse-drawn carriage rides, and free showings of "The Grinch" at the historic Varsity Theatre. Insider tip: park in the garage at 4th & G—it's a whole lot closer when you're walking back home with a tired toddler.
