Bring your family, friends and microbes to this fermented foods workshop facilitated by members of the Radical Mycology Working Group at UCD. During this all ages, hands-on workshop, you will make shredded vegetable ferments together in small groups. Everyone leaves with their own jar of a "kraut" they collaboratively made with their group members and a recipe for how to do it again.
