In this edition of The Golden Road we take you on a trip from acoustic to electric featuring the Grateful Dead and the New Riders of the Purple Sage. The acoustic portion highlights some sounds from the Dead's infamous acoustic run in 1980, a trio of tunes from the debut album by NRPS and one from a recent release. And, of course, the back half of the 2nd set from the mighty performance at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta from May 19, 1977.
