Friday March 17, 2017 marked the 50th Anniversary of the release of the Grateful Dead's debut album, The Grateful Dead, which hit the record stores on March 17, 1967. For this momentous occasion, we are going vinyl tonight on the Golden Road, by spinning my vintage The Grateful Dead LP (warts and all) in its entirety this evening. Rounding out tonight's show is music from the Dead's performance from March 18, 1967 recorded live at Winterland. Enjoy!
