The event is in two parts. A tour of the UCD Wolfskill Experimental Orchard—home to the world’s most genetically diverse grape collection (2p-4p, $15). Lecture (6p-7:30p, $10 gen/$5 st) that illustrates how genetic diversity can ensure that winemakers continue to adapt, in a world of adversity.
