Stones To Sand: The New Achilles Wheel album on The Golden Road

Tune in to The Golden Road this Friday, June 27th for the KDRT debut of the new album, "Stones To Sand", by Achilles Wheel.  This band is based in Nevada City and has a loyal following that is well earned by playing excellent live shows all over the Sierra Foothills.  The Golden Road airs live from 6:30 to 8:30 pm on Friday's and we'll be featuring Achilles Wheel first up in the broadcast!

Common Ground: New Dave & Phil Alvin Release On The Grapevine

The Golden Road Takes A Trip To A Day On The Green

Join us for a ride in the Wayback Machine as we go to June 8, 1974 and the 2nd Day On The Green ever promoted by Bill Graham in Oakland Stadium.  On the bill that day was Commander Cody & The Lost Planet Airmen, New Riders Of The Purple Sage, The Beach Boys and of course, the show was headlined by The Grateful Dead.  You'll hear them all on KDRT and The Golden Road, Friday May 23rd from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.
