Fiddler on the Roof
This show is all about theatre, both inside and outside of Davis. DMTC (Davis Musical Theatre Company) and Acme each have a show this summer. DMTC's performance of Fiddler on the Roof closed last weekend, a musical about the people and traditions of Anatevka, Russia in 1905. This show features the song "Sunrise, Sunset" from the broadway show. Acme's summer show is Argonautika by Mary Zimmerman, an adaptation of the Greek myth of Jason and the Golden Fleece. Argonatuka closes next weekend and on Thursday students get tickets half off. Acme is also celebrating its 35th aniversary!
